Børge Dahle was born in 1947. He grew up in the countryside in the central and northern part of Norway. He is now living on a mountain farm in a small community in Norway. He has studied pedagogy, biology and physical education. His thesis was about what consequences outdoor life had on nature. He has been practicing as a teacher in High school and as Ass. Professor at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences.
Aage Jensen was born in 1948 and he grew up by the coast in the central part of Norway. In the last 15 years of his teaching career he was teaching at Nord Trøndelag University College later Nord University. He is educated in both biology and pedagogy. His main interests are ecophilosophy and pedagogy.
Bob Henderson Bob Henderson lives on the Oak Ridges Morrainne near Uxbridge Ont. He has worked in Outdoor Education since camp counsellor days in 1973, mostly working in University settings starting with time as a graduate student at the University of Alberta followed by 29 years at McMaster University. He first went to Norway in 2000 and has been returning ever since often with University field trips. He is co-editor of Nature First: Outdoor Live the Friluftsliv Way and writes primarily on Canadian travel heritage. See www.bobhenderson.ca.
